I worked in Limango for 3 years. As a copywriter I was part of the Content Creation department. However my work was diversified, frequently cooperating with other departments, including AME, Marketing and Customer Service. Our cooperation was a key factor that allowed us to complete all campaigns on schedule.
I was responsible for creating product descriptions as well as proofreading and editing existing content. The biggest challenge was the ability to adapt to the dynamic environment of the shopping platform, offering over 300 campaigns per month. It required a great deal of concentration and ability to spot errors, as well as quickly finding information on the internet.
I worked with an original content management system and was responsible for creating a diverse assortment of categories that would be intuitive for clients and integrating product images in the system. I made sure that users received valuable, professional and easy to understand the content.
